I offer my favorite example: A co-worker asked me if I could help her sister with a computer that would not boot up (turn on). She said lights came on, some writing on the screen, buts thats as far as it got. I said "Sure! Tell her to drop it off anytime."  Then she added, "Well... she is in Charlotte" (over an hour away!).             Believe it or not, in three days I had her up and running and had removed over 100 virus infected files using phone (talking her through things), command line ftp, TONS of patience, etc.

Never say DIE!

Far as I know, Im also the cheapest you will find. I HAVE A DAY JOB! So my fees reflect the patience you must allow me. My family time is precious to me. I do most all my side work in the night hours after everyone else is asleep. 

Having said that, if I say it will be done by BLAH day at $XX.00 then I will do my utmost to have it done by then for that amount.
